Over all good college.
Taken reference from my frnd who ha studied in Ambedkar University.

Dear aspirant!
Ambedkar institute of technology is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh University whereas BNM institute of technology is affiliated to Visvesvaraya technological University. Number of students enrolled in BNM institute are more compared to Ambedkar institute. The campus size of ambedkar institute is 8 Acres while that of BNM is 5 Acres.
Ambedkar institute has low fees for general category i.e. Rs. 24000 approx while BNM institute has higher fees i.e. approx Rs. 3.50 lakh . The placement is more good at BNM institute. However, placement also depend s on your skills.
Apart from this, Ambedkar institute doesn't have girls and boys hostel . So, if you belong from outside Delhi ,you may not have hostel facility while BNM institute offer this facility.
Both the colleges are good , but the better one will be ambedkar institute as it is a government institute and thus open more job opportunity.
Hope this will help you.
All the medical colleges you have mentioned are Government Medical Colleges, So you can expect the teaching standards to be at par in the three colleges.
Generally the college that is often the first choice of students has greater cut off compared to rest, so if we go by this criterion all the three colleges have nearly the same cut off still GMC Kannauj is preferable.
Here I have listed below cut off for the Colleges during last year-
• Government Medical College and Super Facility Hospital, Azamgarh
Cut off Rank - 13058
Cut off Marks - 616
• Government Medical College, Kannauj
Cut off rank - 11187
Cut off Marks- 621
• Mahamaya Rajkiya Allopathic Medical College, Ambedkarnagar
Cut off rank- 11759
Cut off Marks- 620
You should also take in consideration the location of the college. Like if you are from one of the cities in which the college is located then it should be your choice as you get to stay with your family.
i hope you find the answer helpful.
Dear candidate Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Institute Agra is not a wise choice even if you are getting CS there. This Institute is moderately fine but the placement records show nothing remarkable. Though the college has good academic ambience but still at the end of your studies you would find jobs below your expectations. So it's my suggestion to try for some better colleges,
