Geography from bhim Rao and ba program pol.science + history ,both are good if you want to go for upsc then you do not need to think of subject in your graduation ,it depend on your hardwork which you do so neither medium nor subject of graduation decide your future ,these days engineering field also growing in upsc so from where you can get idea that it doesn't matter which college or which subject you take ,you just need to do hard-work for upsc cse.

Congratulations on getting such good college and branch options. I will give you a preference which will comprise of all these factors:
You should consider CMRIT over Ambedkar institute of Technology
I would also like to add here that an engineering course should be very much taken with an interest in the field so I would suggest you to consider that factor and if you are not aware of the branches mentioned look them up on the internet more reliable will be to go through the syllabus on the respective colleges' website. An interest in the field is the key factor in deciding how your 4 years of college will be and what opportunities you will land for yourself.
Good luck, hope it helps!!

All the Best.
I don't know about which course you are applying for. But you must be sure that you include the mandatory subjects as per the university norms in your best 4 and apart from that the remaining subjects you can give any. For example if you wish to go for Physics then you must include the marks of Mathematics as it is a compulsory parameter.
