Hi
Amity university is a recognised university as it is recognised by UGC, so it doesn't matter even if you are pursuing BCA in distance mode from Amit University. There will be no problem due to this in NIMCET
Coming to your eligibility ,
Do you have maths or Statistics as one of your subjects in your BCA ?
If yes, then you are eligible
If not, then you are not eligible.
This is because,
According to Nimcet eligibility criteria , to be eligible you need to meet following conditions :-
---------------------) minimum educational qualification :- you need a B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT degree of minimum 3 years from any recognized University with Mathematics or Statistics as one of your subjects.
Or you should have B.E. or B.Tech from a recognized University
-------------------) Minimum marks in graduation :- you need at least 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale if you are from general /obc category Or at least 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale if you belong to SC /ST
------------------) Passing Year : -Not after September of the year of examination .
-------------------) Nationality :- you should be Indian

Amity University's Online Degree is E quivalent to any normal degree . The online degree offered by Amity University is equivalent to any other degree because it is approved by UGC. The commission has approved it under UGC (Online Courses) Regulations, 2018. Online education offers a great deal of flexibility to people with complicated schedules and demanding careers.
Hope it will help!

Dear Student,
As you are in 1st year of your college, so you cannot change your college in between with the same course and same year.
You can take admission in other colleges but there you need to start from the 1st year again so this way you will loose your whole 1 year, so it will be good if you continue to your degree and don't change the college.
Still if you have made a mind that you will change the college then name of the some good colleges are given below.
Good Luck :)
