I am doing bsc. h neuroscience from amity. Am I eligible for doing msc. neuroscience from iisc banglore? if yes then what is criteria to join iisc? should I start preparing for iisc in 2nd year as I am free in lockdown?

Hello,

In IISC one can give JAM or JEST exam and can join integrated Phd programme. IISC has department for Neuroscience. Eligibility criteria includes good score in academics , In JAM and also one needs to have proper knowledge of his or her subject.

Seats are very limited and hence you need to start your preparation from early days.

Aspirants must have cleared their 10+2 education in science field from a respected board or university with Physics chemistry and mathematics as main subjects. Amity JEE merit marks will be considered for admission. The following exam has 90 questions (PCM - 25 each and 15 from English) with a marking scheme of +4 for correct answer and -1 for negative answer.

If you want to do master's in applied psychology from DU, you have two ways for admission.One is merit based where the eligibility criteria requires you to have B.A. (Hons) in Psychology and Applied Psychology from DU with 60% or above marks in aggregate or equal grade.
While for entrance based you should have done Graduation from DU or any University recognized by DU with 60% or above marks in aggregate or equal grade.

Eligibility criteria for Bachelor's degree in journalism and Mass communication in Amity University is that you should have passed 10+2 in any stream from any recognized University. The admission to BJMC depends on merit. The University conduct screening test and personal interview of the candidates. Screening test include essay writing etc.

So if you will perform well in screening test and you have passed xii board, you will be eligible.

During the interview, the interviewer shall test your conceptual knowledge, your confident and somewhere your fluency.Give to the point answer. If you don't know the answer then clearly state that you don't know the answer. Don't try to guess anything. And try to give answers in confident manner. They can ask certain formula from differentiation or Integration, simple GK questions, basic definitions, Newton's Laws of Motion etc.

There is no such news the B.Tech admissions in Amity University, Kolkata you need to give amity jee. Admission to the B.Tech programs is based on Amity-Joint Entrance Examination.
