Based upon the rank obtsobtaby your sir in JEE Mains he will not be able to get admission in CSE course in DTU as per previous year cuttoff. But he will be able to get Electrical Engineering, Production and Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering and Engineering Physics Branch in DTU. In NSIT also he will not get CSE as per previous cutoffs.

1. 400+ for an excellent college2. 360+ for a decent college3. 300+ for an average college4. 250+ for an Okayish college5. For a private college, just qualify NEET (120-130+)

Yes, you can get admission in any of the undergraduate courses offered in foreign universities. However, in order to get admissions abroad you will need to appear foe certain standardised international examinations like American College Testing (ACT) or SAT and Test of English as a Foriegn Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS).

You can also get admission in all nit except Delhi & calicut for electrical and electronics engineering
