See here is criteria for it i. e Candidate must be completed 10+12

Age must be 17 years
Full programme fees is Rs. 3,000

There are government job as well as private job.

So according to previous years cutoffs, it is very difficult for you to get any college directly.
But there are other colleges which uses jee ranks.
These are some if the colleges,

Alliance college of engineering and design, Alliance university.
PDM university (bahadurgha)

You can get admission in nit kurukshtetra with electrical engineering

You can also get admission in all nit except Delhi & calicut for electrical and electronics engineering
