Firstly,you have to apply for AMITYJEE 2018 entrance exam for admission into this course.Automobile engineering branch is available in two of the Amity campuses..i.e Mumbai and Noida campus.So you should choose campus accordingly.Then score good marks in this exam.
Otherwise if you have 80%+ score in 12th board exams
Unfortunately Abhishek first of all 40 percentile is very very low. With this percentile, it will be very hard for you to end up in any good college. There might be some college which might give admission to you but those colleges are poor in faculty, infrastructure, placements etc. And
Please be specific with the particular specialization as the fee structure varies accordingly like if you want to go for MBA in Media Management for non-sponsored seats you will have to pay 1,62,000/- (First Semester Fees)and for sponsored one the fee is 2,43,000/-.
