The placement is good for MBA in Amity Noida with the highest packages going upto 16 lakhs per annum while the average being 6-7 lakhs per annum. Usually all the students get a placement each year.

Let me first inform you that amity is not a good option for hotel management. But if you just want a degree then you can go for it but if you want a secured future then , go for government colleges as they are far better than rivate colleges

The selection is based on JEE Main score in Amity school of engineering and technology Noida for B.tech programme. 

You can contact to the official about the direct admission in to the college, Only they can guide you if they allow.
