Among all six entrance entrance tests for engineering admission like JEE MAIN/BITSAT/VITEEE/MET/SRMJEE/AEEE AEEE Amrita engineering entrance examination is the the easiest of all vi entrance test for engineering admission. It has 30 questions each from physics and chemistry which is as easy as board exams and it has 60 mathematics questions which is as easy as board exams also. Those who is good in board exams can easily solve those questions with a least merit. Did this exam is not complex as JEE main and BITSAT.

Amrita Vishva Vidyapeetham will conduct AEEE in three phases: April, June and July 2021. It will be conducted in online mode with remote proctoring and Computer Based Test mode at selected cities.
For the Remote Proctored mode from home: A laptop/PC with good internet connectivity is important. A webcam should also be connected to the computer. The examination will be proctored remotely by the university staff.
System Requirements:
Ensure that you take the test in a room with proper lighting. Ad and pop-up blocker should be turned off. Cookies setting should be enabled in Chrome. For more information, kindly visit the university's site.

The online registration for aeee began in january and the last date for registration would be around april 1st week.
slot booking for cbt would be in 2nd week of april.
Availability of admit card -2nd week of April
computer based exam date-4th week of april
papaer based exam date-4th week of april
result would be declared in 1st week of may and counselling begins in may.

In order to get a seat in AEEE (Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam) you need to be in top 2000 student. For such higher rank you need to score more than 250+ marks.
So, I would suggest you to work hard a little more and set a target to get 300 marks in order to be on safe side to get seat there.

The cut off depends upon various factors such as difficulty level of the examination, total number of candidates appeared for the exam, total number of seats available etc. Thus, the cut off varies each year. Also, the cut offs are different for different category students. AEEE 2018 cut off was
SC/ST Category (Open & State Quota) : 1 – 15000 (opening rank) ; 15001 – 25000(closing rank)
General Category (Open & State Quota) : 1 – 750 (opening rank); 9501 – 10000 (closing rank)
State Quota : 10001 – 12500 (opening rank); 20001 – 22500 (closing rank)
