Since you are from kerela so you will be counted in open state quota and thus getting CSE or any branch at banglore campus is tough at 13648 rank. You can try for other colleges too.

Hello aspirant, your rank 4922 is considered a slightly good rank in the amrita entrance exam for ug admissions, But to be honest I don't think you have chance of getting ECE branch in Coimbatore campus . Amrita university offers reservation for the state category students , that is if you are a student form tamil nadu then you will get priority in getting admission than other state students.so,if you are from the state tamil nadu you will definetly get a seat in coimbatore campus ece branch . But if you are not from the state tamil nadu you wont come under the state category.

Let me tell you about the other campuses as well this may help you out.

As the coimbatore campus is the main campus of amrita university the fess structure is more compared to the other campusses. If you are looking for only ece branch then you definetly have a chance in getting admisision into amritapuri and bangalore campus as well with ece branch.The placements in all there campusses are almost same so, you dont have worry about that . The infrastructure is a bit small than coimbatore but other than that everything is fine.

According to the previous year cutoff trends the cutoff rank for AEEE for Amrita University, Coimbatore is 2747 for Electronics and communication engineering for open category as you told that you are Andhra Pradesh student so, with 2944 rank you may not get into Electronics and communication engineering at Amrita University, Coimbatore the chances are less but if this year 2020 cutoff increases beyond your rank then you might have a chance and I can't totally say that you cannot or can because you have got a near rank so, you may  get into ECE if the cutoff rank for 2020 increases.
