Amrita Entrance Examination - Engineering
Dear Aspirant,
If your Home State is Tamil Nadu then you have scored a very decent score to get a CSE seat in the campus. You will get CSE or any specialization in CSE with the score between 105-110. For 110 score your rank should be around 11k to 12k and definitely you will get a CSE state.
If you are from another state then there is no chance you will get CSE here with counselling, you need to score around 140-150, to grab the CSE seat. Look Amrita's main focus is to fill their seat with there home state students, that's why cutoff are high for another states, You can try for electrical and mechanical but there are also very less chance.
Hope this will help you, Best of Luck!!!
Dear hamsika,
You have scored a very decent score to get a seat in Amrita University, according to your marks which is 109, your rank should be around 11k to 12k, and in that range you can get either CSE or any CSE specialization branch as you are from Tamil Nadu, because AEEE main focus is to take students from their home state only.
Best of Luck!!!
Dear aspirant,
With 45 marks in the AEEE Phase-2 exam, you will not be able to take admission at Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore. Being the main campus, the cut-offs of Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore are very high. You need at least 120 above marks to get admission there. I think you should give AEEE exam again next year to improve your marks so that you will get to the Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore.

Hello Aspirant,
Look there is 2 case, lets discuss the first one-
1- if your home state in Tamil Nadu -
In that case you will definitely get get a CSE seat in main campus of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham university, for that your rank should be around 3.5k to 4.5k, here you can directly take part in counselling and get a seat without giving donation.
2- if you are from other state -
130 marks are enough to get a seat in ECE/Mechanical/electrical, but for CSE you need a marks around 140+, and if you still want CSE then go with the management quota where you can get CSE but their you have to pay large amount of donation.
Hope this will help you, Best Of Luck!!!
Hello,
Its totally depend upon your rank and the course you want to take admission. For b.tech your rank should be around under 20k, if you are crossing that limit then there is less chance that you will get admission through counseling. For that you need to take admission through management quota and in management quota they will ask you for the donation.
It totally depends upon the course and the branch you want to take, and the state where you belong, around 6 lacks they will charge you for CSE seat in b.tech, and if you are planning to take admission through management quota the do it fast.
Dear Aspirant, with these marks and previous year trends of cutoffs your rank might be around 15500-18200 range.
