Akanksha 29th Jul, 2021
Hello Aspirant

Congratulations for your good score in AEEE 2021. Now as you have score 148/180 your predicted rank would be around 2000. This is just a predicted rank and not the actual rank. Your actual rank may vary.

Now to get into CSE branch from Amrita Coimbatore you should have a rank of 8000 or below if you have state quota.
As you have mentioned that you are from Andhra Pradesh and seeking for Amrita campus in Coimbatore, you will be getting your seat under open category. So to get into CSE branch from Amrita Coimbatore you should have a rank of 1800 or below.

You have equally likely chances to get CSE in Amrita campus, Coimbatore depending upon your exact rank.
If you don't get CSE, you can try for ECE or other branches based on your preference.

How many months is one semester in Amrita engineering college for btech and first sem how many days we will get holiday? What are the class timings, when will the college reopen (according to you). Will we get holiday in Saturdays, online class timings in a day?,

medsra159 28th Jul, 2021
Dear leaner,
Due to covid 19, every thing predicted in internet is not true so we could not know about re-open of the college date exactly, regarding class timings ,starts from morning 8:10 to evening 4 pm ,each week atleast 35 hours of classes are conducted , inspite Saturday is also a working day ,compared to other colleges amritha has more number of holidays ,public holidays and so on ,and here usage of phone is strictly restrictive, but laptop are adviced.

Exam schedule is released before one month of commencement
They have 2 end semester and mainly ends at may,June
Duration of semester for btech takes 8 months .
For good attendence students score extra marks in internals
96-100% attendance scores 5 marks
91- 95% attendance scores 4 marks
All the best.

i have got 368th rank in AEEE exam biotechnology.can i get a seat?

Akshita Dhiman 28th Jul, 2021
Hello aspirant,

Kudos on your rank!

You can easily get a seat in any of the branches and campuses that you wish for. 300th-ish rank is a pretty good rank. You can easily get branches like CSE ( 2017 cut off at Coimbatore 1817), ECE ( 2017 can't of at Coimbatore 2747), Mechanical Engineering ( cut off 3217), EEE ( cut off 4051).

Besides you are eligible for any branch and campus.  The basis of the above analysis is the previous years AEEE data.

Did I eligible for home state quota?? for Aeee My native is Tamilnadu But I completed my 11th at telungana state board!! plzz tell me !!!!!

Rishin Halder 23rd Jun, 2021

Hello aspirant,

TNEA Eligibility Criteria 2021 is proposed by Anna University. Candidates should have passed 10+2 examinations from a recognised board for being eligible to apply for the TNEA 2021. Candidates belonging from the state of Tamil Nadu have to take care of some instructions while applying for TNEA 2021. Candidates who have passed 10+2 in Tamil Nadu can apply for TNEA. They need not include Nativity Certification. So your class 12 exam marksheet matters the most.

Hope this helps,

i got 132/180 can you predict my rank and can i get cse in Coimbatore

Aditya 27th Jul, 2021

Hi aspirant,

At first congratulations on your success in AEEE. You have a very descent score but your chances of getting the mentioned seat is very slim because of the highest demand of course among the candidates and very limited intakes. With the score you have mentioned and going along with the past trends of Marks vs Rank, your rank could lie around 5k which would be insufficient to fetch you the desired seat. The cutoff for CSE at Coimbatore campus under open quota is around 1.5-2k , to get the detailed cutoff information click on https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/aeee-cutoff

Your chances will be boosted and are better if you are eligible for state quota reservation whose cutoff goes around 10k for the mentioned program.

Hope it helps!!

I will get 130 marks in AEEE phase 2 how many rank I will get??

RAJDEEP 17th Jun, 2021

Hello aspirant, it is difficult to predict you rank based on marks because the marks vs rank changes every year for Amrita University . Based on the number of students who take the exam, difficulty of question marks vs rank change drastically every year. But at this marks if you have given 12th from TN then you may get CS in Amrita University. The cut off for CS is generally under 6000 rank. Hope you understand.

BEST OF LUCK!!

I am applying for Admission in Btech through my SAT score and not through JEE mains or AEEE. For a SAT score of 1450, what will be the ranking and what is the number of seats allocated in a branch based on SAT score

Ananya Krishnan 11th Aug, 2021

Hello,

A score of 1450 ranks you in the top 98th percentile of all the students who have taken in SATs. As far as the number of seats is concerned it depends from college to college. But with your score you will probably be accepted to a good number of colleges. Make sure your applications and transcripts are all right and you should be good to go!

All the best!
