Its totally depend on your state, If you belong to the Tamil Nadu state then definitely you can get ECE here, but if you are from other state then you will not get any seat here even in mechanical, you can go with this link for more information https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/aeee-cutoff

Your marks should be around 90-100 for 15k rank and the cutoff in ECE for home state student is 18.5k approx and for open state ECE cutoff is around 4.5k, now its totally up to you whether you take admission in Amrita by management quota or move to another college.

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is well known for it's computer science and engineering course all over the India and ranked 20th in engineering rankings by nirf. There are about 300-350 seats available for CSE at Coimbatore campus out of which about 20 percent are reserved under management quota. So 280-300 seats are available for grabs through scores obtained in AEEE, JEE and PUEE.

In order to be eligible for state quota seats in Tamil Nadu,

-a candidate needs to be a native of Tamil Nadu

Or

- should have studied in Tamil Nadu from class 6th to 12th.

There is no restriction to any board students.

So if you satisfy the above eligibility you are good to be considered in the state quota category.
