I am getting 83/180 in IAT. Which IISERS I can get? I belong to General Catagory.

AYUSH SHRIVASTAVA 14th Jun, 2019

There is no cutoff or merit list in IAT. You are just provided with the information whether you are in or out.

With this score, you can get some of the new IISERs. Since the allotment generally gets closed at the score of 70.

However, you should also fill the old ones during the choice filling as well.

For more information about IAT, you can go for the below link:

Best of luck for your future!

After 2year drop if I get chance in nit warangal, then which stream should I choose-cse or mechanical?can ME give me a very good placement?

Ashish Pal Student Expert 30th Jun, 2019

Hello Spandan.

I suggest you to go with CS if You have interest in it. Mechanical engineering have less opportunities. As far as Cs is concerned it's placement percentage is high as well as salary package is also very high.

Whereas if you opt for the mechanical then you have to study very hard and and placement percentage is also less but salary increase with experience.

Hope it will help you.

Good luck
