Good morning sir I gad attempted Amrita University entrance exam i scored 132/180 what rank could i expect and can i get cse in Amrita Coimbatore i not from Tamil nadu
Dear student,
First you need to make sure that whether your home state is Tamil Nadu or not, because the chances of getting any seat in the Amrita is totally depends on that.
According to your score your rank should be around 3.5K and this is the very decent score anyone can achieve to get the seat in Amrita.
if you are from Tamil Nadu then definitely you will get CSE seat as the minimum marks required to get the CSE seat for home state student is 110 or the rank of 1200, as you are coming in this range then their is chance that either you will get CSE core or the CSE with specialization.
And if you are not from Tamil Nadu then there is very less chance that you will get CSE moreover you may get electrical and computer or CCE or ECE but not the CSE. For open state you marks should be 145+ to get the CSE seat in any campus of the Amrita.
Best of Luck!!!
I can register for mechanichal enginering at amrita university coimbatore but its a bit too expensive but amritapuri looks abit affordable but i have heard that it has lower placements than coimbatore so what should I do ...... please help
Incase youre planning for Placements and securing a Job directly post BTech, I believe you should consider Amrita Coimbatore, considering the strong placements in Mechanical Engineering, even if it comes at a Higher Tuition Fee.
However, even if youre 5% inclined towards pursuing Masters/MBA/MTech/PhD after your BTech in some of the Higher Technical and Managerial Institutes of India, you may select Amritapuri Campus over Coimbatore as the Curriculum is same, and then it depends on your Dedication, secondly Amritapuri also has some scope of fair placements.
is 55 marks sufficient to get civil engineering in Amrita university.
Hey Chetan,
Looks like your marks will fetch you a rank between 18000-21000. With this rank you might be able to grab civil engineering branch if you have the state quota ,if not then its really tough for you to get civil engineering branch. I would suggest you to give other state exams as well if you plan on to stick to your desired branch. Don't loose hope and keep working hard.
Hope this Helps!
ALL THE BEST
Is it difficult for B.Tech Aerospace Engineering students at Amrita University to get internships in their 4th year?
Hi,
Securing internships is a challenge in all the branches, and completely depends on the performance of the student. Amrita University has collaborations with ISRO, the Space Centre at Trivandrum, Hindustan Aeronautics. The opportunities are limited, but if a student has been a good performer academically, the University can always request the recruiting organisations to admit the student for internship.
btech biotechnology in srm university btech biotechnology in sathyabama university bsc+msc biotechnology in vellore institute of technology bsc biotechnology in amrita university bsc biotechnology in manipal university which is best in these pls suggest me
The sequence of importance are:
- btech biotechnology in srm university
- btech biotechnology in sathyabama university
- bsc+msc biotechnology in vellore institute of technology
- bsc biotechnology in amrita university
- bsc biotechnology in manipal university
These should be your priority list of choosing the course.
Always try to choose the BTech or BSc-MSc program because only BSc will not avail you to get a job (until and unless you are doing a 4 years BSc Research with good project work). So having a BTech increase your chance of getting recruited in the applied and manufacturing section as well as BSc-MSc will give you a chance to work in the Assitant Posts of R&D. Although it may vary from company to company.
I hope my answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
bsc biomedical science in Ramachandra University bsc biotechnology in Amrita University bsc biotechnology in Manipal University bsc+MSc biotechnology in vellore institute of technology btech Biotechnology in srm Btech Biotechnology in Sathyabama which coarse is better in term of research
Dear aspirant,
If I had to consider only on the basis of reasearch then according to me bsc or BTech and then you should apply for gate if you really want to go all out in research field. But if not then bsc+msc would be a better option.
Coming to the choice of college part, see in terms of research and its outreach srm,vit vellore and manipal are far better than sathyabama ,amrita and Ramachandra University.
So, you can choose any college between these three as it would be beneficial for you in the long term goal.

bsc biotechnology in amrita university btech biotechnology in srm university btech biotechnology in sathyabama university bsc+msc biotechnology in vit bsc biotechnology in manipal university arrange these in top order for bright future and reaching heights
Dear aspirant,
As per my views I would judge these colleges on the basis of few factors which includes placements, infrastructure, faculty.
So, I would suggest you do BTech from srm University as the placement scenario is better here with the faculty staff. The infrastructure is also very good. All facilities will be provided here. Same goes for bsc manipal.
bsc biotechnology in amrita university btech biotechnology in srm university btech biotechnology in sathyabama university bsc+msc biotechnology in vit bsc biotechnology in manipal university arrange these in top order for bright future in research
Hi,
If you are considering research to be your path for life them you should opt for academic degree courses that is Bsc, msc and then further PhD in biotechnology rather than choosing btech which is more technical in nature and is a professional degree course. In terms of ranking or preference, all the listed colleges are more or less the same cause all of them are private ones with decent labs and faculty available.
I hope thai helps.
All the best.
1) msc integrated biotechnology in vit 2) bsc biotechnology in amrita university 3) btech biotechnology in srm university 4) bsc biotechnology in manipal university 5) btech biotechnology in sathyabama university in this which is better to choose, arrange in top order pls
I would say try securing B.Tech in Biotechnology from VIT as your first preference, followed by B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Manipal University. Manipal and VIT are two of the best private institutions having strong faculty, infrastructure and research facilities. Incase you arent able to make into one of them try securing B.Tech in Biotechnology from SRMIST or B.Sc. in Biotech from Amritaa.
