for admission through the jee mains percentile you need qualify the examination and for that the examination committee should release the cutoff percentile, which nta havent released yet. For obc category the expected cutoff for this year is about 74.31, so mostly you can apply for the admission

According to you percentile (i.e 78.37) your rank would be around 190000 and in that rank it would be very difficult for you to make it.As there is only 30 % seats available for the admission through jee mains marks.
