For obc's the north capmus colleges have a cutt off of more than 90+percentage and can be low for the south campus colleges. Considering you are asking about Amritsar college of engineering and technology, then i would like to inform you that this college does not provide a pharmacy course. So, the question for fee structure does not even arise.

College has excellent rankings and has been legacy brand with top class infrastructure and learning pedagogy with AAA+ rating.
However placements are mediocre and needs lot of improvement. Average package is 3.5lpa and 70% placements ratio.
Overall very few MNCs have bene visiting.
