Yes you can take fashion designing as one of the subjects in 11th arts stream in AMU. Fashion designing is one of the subject in vocational course which include IT, textile designing, Automobile and fashion designing. So you can choose fashion designing in xi and xii arts.
There are four major sections in the entrance paper for the 11th Arts stream.

2. History, Geography and
3. General knowledge
4. Indo-Islamic topics
