As of now there is no news regarding any special round counselling after the second round counselling of AP EAMCET 2021. The chances of officials conducting special round counselling is low because the officials were going to conduct only one round this year but later conducted two rounds. The

If you have chosen your seat in 2nd round counselling. Then you have to pay the prescribed fee of college within  the given time and date in order to allot your seat. Otherwise your seat will be cancelled.

Furthermore you will be not allowed to participate in further rounds.
