For getting admission through sports quota in AP EAMCET, you have to apply same as the other students apply for the counselling. Just during the document verificaton, along with all the documents you need to submit your Sports certificates. You can check the list

There will be certain percentage of reservation of seats who are participating in the colleges of AP EAMCET. But for sports quota there is  0.5% seat reservation. For female candidates from any category there will be 33% seat reservation.
