To get full fees reimbursement you must have AP EAMCET Rank less than 10,000 and your parents must not be Goverment employees and their income must be less than Rs. 2 Lakhs per annum, as you belong to BC- B Category. But your AP EAMCET Rank is above 10,000

According to AP EAPCET there is no caste based rank on this examination, where as coming to Colleges having some cutoffs in there you can get your caste based rank cutoff!
