APEAMCET eligibility criteria says that the candidate must have qualified 10+2 or any equivalent exam (diploma) with atleast 45% (general category, 40% for any reserved category). Also, the age limit to apply for AP EAMCET 2021 for B.E./B.Tech programs is 17 to 25 years on December 31st, 2021.

See the syllabus are same but IIT entrance makes a compulsive and extensive studies. So you should focus more on IIT entrance examination. You should prepare hard for IIT entrance examination which will give you a better problem solving skill which will help you to crack the AP EAMCET easily.

They are not similar. IIT entrance exam i.e., JEE MAINS & ADVANCED is tougher than AP EAMCET as well as the competition is higher in JEE MAINS & ADVANCED.
