As you got 11900 rank in AP EAMCET you have less chance to get seat in horticulture if you belong to OC category but in case  if you belong to any other category then you will definitely get seat in horticulture.

Ap EAMCET rank will be applicable in ap itself. It would be better if you had mentioned about the stream you belong whether you're bipc or mpc

For an mpc student you can do your Engineering .

For a bipc candidate you can go with agriculture and pharmacy courses
