your rank around 2575 and you are from SC category so according to previous year cutoff yes you may get seats in bvsc but the cutoff of Colleges changes every year so please use Colleges predictor tool.

The chances of getting government seat depends on cutoffs as they change every year.

As of last year the cutoffs for agriculture, bc b farmer quota

Farmer quota-general-5714rank, women-5774rank.

your rank around 25455 but you aren't mention your category  if I assume that you are  from reserved CATEGORY than you may get seats in private colleges through TFW QUOTA but the admissions possibility depends on many factors so please use Colleges predictor tool and predict your
