Yes you can get seat in any of the private college,If you want to get admission into government college that you may get it in 1st or second round counseling.you will not get top colleges but you may get some decent college in AP.

Yes tou can get b pharmacy in that rank,chances are less in first round ,but you will securely get a seat in other rounds.Also you will not get good government colleges but some of other good colleges are available for you.

The chances to get horticulture in counselling is very low if you are from OC/ general category. The competition is very high in all these agriculture, horticulture, and veterinary. If your are from OC category your rank should be under 2k to get a seat.

No. You cannot go for the counselling in ANGRAU, Guntur, as the have called the ranks between 596-8984. You mught have to wait for that slot counselling to get over. If the seats remain at the end then they will let the other ranks apply for it. As

  In APeamcet bipc councilling there are two phases.Approximately 90k students have been attended the coincilling.we can not assure that the whole people are going to join in colleges through councilling.some may take b b pharmacy field,some may take bsc agriculture etc and all.

As you have secured a rank around 25K, yes you have a chance of getting a decent agriculture college through EAMCET,As for qualifying you just need to score 25% of the marks.Those under 45k rank has a good chance of getting college.
