Yes, there will be a third counselling due to lack of seats, dates are also being declared by the govt in official website .check in

As per your question, i would say that there is no 3rd phase counseling for ap ap eamcet 2018. As you have got your college already as per your rank, you have to take admission there only or again wait for next year exam, appear it and score more

The third counselling dates have not been released yet but the day and date of commencement would soon be released by the official so just have patience and wait till the yiti its being announced. Hope you understand and good luck !
