No thats not possible. As soon as the first counselling results are out you have a self reporting option which ensures that the seat is reserved for you till the second counselling starts.

As far for verification is concerned there won't be any problem. If they had kept PINK Ration card as the eligibilty then that would be a problem. ask to the college admission section regarding it. They can help you out. Mostly these kind of document are used for verification.
