Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada has begun the registration for counselling of AP EAMCET 2019 from June 28, 2019 onwards. Only candidates qualifying the exam are eligible to participate in the counselling to get admission in participating colleges. AP EAMCET option entry has already started from July 12.

Eligibility criteria is 75 percentage or be in top 20 percentile of your board. But it seems you have 82 percent. So you are eligible.  You can even check top 20 percentile from josaa website.

The counselling for AP EAMCET is supposed to start from July 28th, 2019. The registration and fee payment will be carried on till July 6th. The process included application fee payment, exercising option entry, (which is postponed and the updated schedule will be posted on the official website)

Your rank is okay but under oc category u cannot getginto top 20 colleges until you have a good jee score.   u can get many colleges based on ur rank. Below is the link for college predictor.
