According to the previous year's cut off, you cannot get any government agriculture college through this much high rank in ap eamcet. In private college you may have chance since it depends on how many students have applied for the private college but you may have some chance.

Your friends rank in AP EAMCET is good but every year cutoff changes from institute to institute. So you have to participate in the counseling process to confirm your seat in any of the following institute :
