Well your rank is high but don't get disheartened you can still manage to get a seat in some.of the colleges.

Although the cutoff are high and the faculty , infrastructure aren't that good you can manage to get a seat in the colleges .You can get ECE,cseor

AP EAMCET is a state level Common Entrance test to get admission in various Engineering Colleges in Andhra Pradesh. SVU is one of the top colleges in Andhra Pradesh. As per your Marks and Category you won't get admission in SV University in the stream of ECE. 

you did not specify which stream are you studying. According to my knowldge the process goes like this in our college because I see my friends for Telangana do this for engineering stream.

Step 1:-submit your Xerox copy 10 th,inter, certificate

Step 2 :- fill the schlorship application and submit

YES the students of Andhra pradesh who join engineering colleges in telangana through ts eamcet counselling will get fee reimbursements according to their caste and family income status. The fee reimbursement is provided by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

In hyderabad we dont have any helpline centres as the telangana government doesn't allow to setup any helpline centre for AP EAMCET. Either you have to go to Vijaywada or Guntur for counselling.

Hello aspirant!  Let me to inform you that if this is your general rank that is open category rank then you are not going to get a government college for agriculture with this rank . Based on previous years cut off this rank is not good enough for government colleges.
