Frankly it's cumploury to have the income certificate where as in the other case if you have applied for category of reservation is compulsory and it would be hard to get category reservation if you fail to get it make sure you have it

Probably you can't get a seat in agbsc with this 17657 rank. I checked all cut-offs and closing ranks in all colleges in previous years but you can't get a seat in your asked stream. Better to check other colleges.
