you will surely get a free seat no need to think about a management seat. But my suggestion is that you opt for the counselling and aplly for the colleges that you wish you will get seat in them. Be cautious in the order of the pririority. So

Sorry aspirant, you cannot get the eamcet rank even though you have completed your supplementary examinations, once you failed in any of the subject in intermediate thenthe eamcet board stops your rank regarding you as unfit..you can get rank only if you do long term if you are so interested

as you qualified in the AP-EAMCET 2018 its good

even you are eligible to get the fee reimbursement by the government but you wont get a seat of the engineering or pharmacy
