we could not recommend the colleges for you because ccandidataes must give the colleges by marking the point that the preferring college is suitable for you or not, also by seeing the seat reservation , finding the college is good for the student by including all the means

yes you can get free seat but only if you approach the college through the original conselling process..with your rank by participating your self into it with the procedure following like certificate verification etc..,if you cant approach your interested college through counselling and wanted to join inthat college only ...then
