I am not hundred percent sure but with 64 marks in ap eamcet you may get rank somewhere between 15k-17k.

On the other hand you should know that ap eamcet rank also depends on the  aggregate marks you got in your intermediate i.e 25 percent of you score

General (UR)/ OBC Category - 45

OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) - 40

Scheduled Caste (SC) - 35

Scheduled Tribe (ST) - 35.
