Scoring 141 is not a easy thing it comes with a lot of hard work.
You will get a rank below 100 at most of the cases and there are many chances of getting even below 50

ap eamcet exam is conducted for total marks of 160.the minimum qualifying marks for the exam is 25% i.e 40 marks.as you have got 39 marks you would not be qualified for the exam.

For your information rank not only depend on the eamcet marks it depends on the ipe marks also and the caste .
I considered a 500 ipe marks as you gave me tptal marks

Considering your 12th percentage is 97 and you have got 42 marks in AP EAMCET, your probable rank will be approximately 137981-140981. At this rank your chances of getting a good college is very difficult.
