On analyzing the 2017 EAMCET marks it has found that students that have scored 140 and more marks got ranks under 50. Students scored marks 136-140 range have got ranks under 100 so as 120 and more marks got up-to 500 ranks and 110 and more marks scorers

No sir, you can‘t get a direct admission for MBA from Delhi Universit.

For that, you need to clear CAT examination and must score a percentile falling in the range of cut off. 

You can apply online for the admission only if you are eligible for that.

For branches like Cse,mech,ece,civil in Andhra University u need to get at least 1000 to 1500 rank if u are in open category.

So, with your marks you don't have a chance of getting rank below 1500. So. there are very less chances for you in getting Andhra University.
