No you can't take admission in srm university through ap eamcet as it considers only SRMJEEE for selection criteria.

it doesn't even considers JEE main for admission.

If you are interested in SRM university then you have to take SRMJEEE for admission

Change of centre is mostly not possible but you can change your centre for the entrance examination by directly contacting the upper body conducting that entrance examination, For example- If you are giving the JEE MAINS examination then you will have to contact the CBSE board for changing
