No they cannot appear in the counselling to appear in the counselling the candidates need to give AP ECET and get the required cut off. So those who did not write AP ECET will not be eligible for counselling. You can try to get admissions in management quota. Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has released the AP ECET 2021 rank card at the official website on October 5. AP ECET result 2021 was declared on October 1. AP ECET 2021 was conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur as an online, computer based test of three hours duration.
