Ive completed my PCM with 85% in Andhra Pradesh state board. If I write biology through NIOS this year. Am I eligible for NEET. Please give me accurate information. Some people are telling I need to write whole PCB in NIOS and some are telling only Biology in NIOS

Yes,you are eligible to appear for NEET 2021 as you had Physics and Chemistry in your boards.

A candidate needs to have any two of the following subjects as an eligibility for NEET 2021,which are -Biology/Chemistry/Physics/Biotechnology with a practical exam in the above mentioned subjects along with English.

With 84.5 percentile CRL RAnk would be around : 158565 - 178250 .

Now according to this and previous year cutoff trends there aren't much chances for NITs.

You can write only biology from NIOS board. And once you get your marksheet, then you can write NEET 2022 exam under NEET Code 02. Also, there is no age limit on writing NEET exam, so you can take your time to qualify the 10+2 biology. The NEET

As per your JEE MAINS 98 percentile the marks out of 300  will get marks around 145 to 167 or more than 167and with those marks and percentile you will get a rank around 17900  to 18540 rank

So account to previous years cutoff it is difficult to get NIT
