Don't worry you will get fees reimbursement if you are eligible for it. If your parents are working in Government sector only then you won't be eligible. No problem with the pension your mother is getting and it is totally different thing from fees reimbursement thing.

As per josaa rules if a candidate CT scan sailed then he will get refund the seat acceptance fees for general candidate 36500 of rupees and for SC ST and OBC 16000 rupees. If you do not pay the partial admission fees then your seat also be cancelled
As according to your rank and category, you have chances of getting the seat in out sides of Andhra Pradesh. As according to your rank and category your seat will be decided.
