Priyanka ji, according to media sources because of EWC,in order to ratify and implement 10% quota this APICET counseling has been getting postponed continuously. So for your Qs regarding EWC in OC the answer is YES.

1.Certificate Verification- 5 to 9th August 2019.

2.Web exercise options- 7th to 12th August 2019.

3.Provisional seat allotment- 16th to 19th August 2019.

Hello Nageswarareddy, Congrats for getting good rank in AP ICET, But we can not say exactly you will get seat in SV University, the chances are very less to get seat here and recently the government has cancel 5% reservation for OC (kapu) category. so may be hard to get
