The counselling will ofcourse be held this year.The counselling for APICET is supposed to start in the first week of august. We can expect it to start anytime soon. Ofcourse, the counselling will be held this year. Go through newspapers and apicet official websites regularly for updates.

and then replace ts with ap and it clearly shows website under development and i also tried to pay fee but it showed candidates details not found not for fee payment or not for

AP ICET Counselling: Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati will conduct the counselling for the state level exam on behalf of APSCHE. You can use this website for your purpose. But according to me you are bit late the registration lines are all closed but still you can try.
