According to your rank of 1337 in APICET you might be able to get the C ranked colleges. According to your rank range that is 1001 - 1500, your marks should be between 110 - 101. The colleges that you might be eligible for include -

As per the notification released by APICET counselling desk, it is necessary to bring income certificate issued after 1st January 2015 or the Ration Card holders containing the name of the candidate. But I think it will be better if you go with income certificate rather than ration card
