The ligibility criteria for APICET Exam states that you need to have minimum 50% marks in 10th, 12th and Undergraduation with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. Here you completed degree, and if you have above 50% you fulfill this creiteria.

Unfortunately, the Andhra Pradesh ICET Exam is an online computer-based exam and any provision for appearing for the exam offline is not available. Candidates need to attempt 200 questions in 150 minutes. The exam paper will be composed of three sections - Mathematical Ability (75 marks) Analytical Ability

Dear Hemant, the code generation process will begin from February 23rd. Until then you cannot generate the code. That is the reason it is showing that error. Try generating the code anytime between February 23rd and March 12th. Once you generate the code, you can complete the final registration process.
