According to your rank that is 1092,you must have secured marks somewhere between 101-110 out of 200. You are eligible for all the category C colleges with this rank. Andhra university comes under category B but since the cutoff of 2018 is still due and not yet announced

SV university Tirupati comes under Category A which means your marks must be between 151-200 out of 200 and rank must be from 1-100 .

I got 2311 rank in Apicet exam can I expect on gayathri vidya parishad or not 

it is id difficul to get admission with this rank in andhra university. but of only want to take admission in this college than you can try taking admission from managemnet qouta. or you can try for some diffrent college.

Its all depend on how many students apllied this year in that college and what are there rank. There is really good chance for you to get selected there. So I will better suggest you to call that college once and attend the councelling. Good luck. Thank you.
