You must write AP ICET as VJIM, Hyderabad does not accept TS ICET scores. Yes, you can apply for AP ICET as you fulfill the conditions of being an Indian Resident. Regarding age, educational and other factors, please check out the eligibility criteria for AP ICET before filling
