The dates for AP ICET 2020 counselling has not yet declared. AP ICET 2020 counselling has not yet begin. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, will conduct AP ICET 2020 counselling round in web-based mode.  All eligible candidates of AP ICET will have to pay the AP ICET counselling fee payment online 2020 to book their slots and appear for certificate verification after completion of the registration process on the dates that as per the schedule which will be declared soon. As part of AP ICET counselling 2020, candidates will have to get their documents verified at any one of the designated Helpline Centres (HLCs) at the stipulated time given by APSCHE.

According to the eligibility criteria of AP ICET, there is no criteria regarding the number of attempts in the examination. So, to get AP ICET seat again, you have to give the examination and seat in the counselling process. But if you want to apply for another college then first of all you have to withdraw your name from the previous college that you have joined in 2019. After leaving the previous college then only you can take admission in another college.

To participate in AP ICET counselling 2020 candidates will have to register themselves and follow the due process .. Only, candidates who meet the minimum cutoff can participate in AP ICET 2020 counselling. All eligible candidates of AP ICET will have to pay the AP ICET counselling fee payment

I assume you are asking about Sri Venkateswara University. By self finance course in a college it means the government or the University Grants Commission does not provide financial aid and the students are expected to bear the entire cost for the same. This is the reason , the fee under this quota is more than aided seats . So in any other university the self finance seat fee for MBA will be around 40-5-K per year. Moreover , SUV is a very good university with an amazing infrastructure, well qualified and helpful faculty and good learning experience. Placement wise, it is pretty good as well, they offer good placements for deserving students and many top level companies like TCS,Wipro,Tech Mahindra, Yatra visit the campus. In case you are eligible for any scholarship, then you will be provided financial assistance, but you need to check this out with the college administration. So it is good college,so you need to worry much about spending this much but if you want to MBA with lower fee, then try for regular aided seats in other colleges.

You have not mentioned the branch in which you are seeking admission through AP ICET 2020. Considering the information your profile we assume that you are an MCA aspirant. In 2019 the cut off was as follows for ST category for admission in to MCA

• Acharya Nagarjuna University College, Guntur: 42018
• SVU College of Management and Information Science, Tirupathi: 2055
• SVU College of Management and Information Science Self finance, Tirupathi: 18338

Considering the cut off you have chances of getting seat in Acharya Nagarjuna University College and SVU College of Management and Information Science Self finance. You may not get seat in SVU College of Management and Information Science Tirupathi in regular course. But cut off changes every year depending on the number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of total seats available etc.

To cancel the first seat allotment you need to self report in the allotted college, if you do so the seat will automatically stands cancelled and it will be considered for second phase counselling.

To get free seat through AP ICET you need to secure a rank below 10,000. Your rank in AP ICET is above 10,000 so you will not get free seat. If your family's annual is income is up to one lakh then you will get partial tuition fee reimbursement rest of the tuition fee you will have to pay if you get seat through AP ICET.

The documents required for AP ICET counselling are

• AP ICET 2020 Hall Ticket
• Degree Marks Memos / consolidated marks memo
• AP ICET 2020 Rank card
• Degree Provisional Certificate.
• Intermediate Marks Memo / Diploma Marks memo.
• S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.IX to Degree Study Certificates or Residence Certificate (in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education) or Residence Certificate of either of the parent in AP for 10
• IX to Degree Study Certificates or Residence Certificate (in the case where the candidate has no institutionalized education) or Residence Certificate of either of the parent in AP for 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from the competent authority in respect of Non-Local Candidates.
• Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2014.
• Caste Certificate issued by competent authority.
• Aadhar Card (Xerox will also be returned after verification).

You can submit Semester Marks Memos or CMM. If you have PC you will even have CMM you can submit that. You do not need to submit semester wise marks memo.
