Generally colleges which participated in first round

Participated in second round also, there will be no change in colleges but generally top colleges always gets filled, may you don't find some top colleges.yes process will be same.

There are two ways you can change your category 

Once when there's a form correction or when the document verification happens, if you haven't change your category,you will be considered as oc only. There's no way to change the category in between counselling process.
