You Need to report at college at the time of reporting given to you or self reporting time which you choose by yourself, reporting is necessary as then you can confirm your allotment with the college.

If you don't select your seat like confirm my joining and don't pay for allotment you seat will be cancelled after 2nd round, so its not compulsory to mention about cancelling seat.

There is no last date on the internet for downloading the allotment order. They have released allotment on 23 august 2019 ( after 6 p.m.). Download it as early as possible.
