Since you are a non local candidate, there is no chance for you to get JNTUA with this rank. The cutoffs are usually high for the ones who are non local candidates and a rank of 8021 doesn't come into consideration as less number of seats are reserved

mba course fee is total -53400 (for 2 years)
mca course fee is total -80100 (for 3 years)
the reimbursement off tuition will be dependent on the course you pursue. While most of the courses are eligible for 100% of the tuition fee as fixed by the government.
